HOUSES WITH MEMORY, TODAY'S COMFORT

Four independent houses, each with its own character. Full kitchen, fireplace, private patio and the whole farm to explore. You don't share spaces with anyone, the houses are yours for the duration of your stay.

The house closest to the farm animals. Two floors,
80-square-meter patio and the donkey yard,
pigs and goats right next door. A comfortable base
for those who want a rural life without mediation, and to get out and about.

The largest indoor area. A single-storey house with enough space to breathe, three bathrooms and a private patio. A house for those who want to get away from the usual pace and aren't willing to give up comfort to have it.

The right house for groups and families. Six people with enough space for everyone to find their own rhythm, an 80-square-meter patio, three bathrooms and the animals' yard just a short walk away. Quiet doesn't depend on the number of people. It depends on the place.

The most intimate of homes. One floor, sixty square meters and a private patio for two. Breakfast is delivered to the door. The rest is silence and time, which have a different texture here.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

If you have any doubts before booking, the answer is probably here. If not, we're available.

What are the arrival and departure times?

Arrival is from 16:00. Departure is until 11am. If you need a different time, please contact us in advance.

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is optional and costs an extra €10 per person. It is delivered in a basket to your door at the time you prefer. There is no restaurant on the farm, this is an intentional choice.

Do the houses accept pets?

Pets are welcome at Banduja Reserve. The farm is itself a place inhabited by animals: donkeys, goats and others who are part of daily life on the property. Some of them are sensitive to the presence of unfamiliar animals, so we ask that your pet is always under direct supervision throughout its stay, both inside and outside the house.

The responsibility for the behavior and well-being of your pet lies entirely with its owner. Banduja Reserve is not responsible for any incidents involving pets on the farm.

If you have any doubts before booking, contact us and we'll be happy to help you figure out if the stay is suitable for your partner.

Is the pool available for all houses?

Yes. The saltwater swimming pool (12 × 6 meters) is available to all Banduja Reserve guests during their stay.

Are the houses close to each other?

Banduja Reserve is spread over 25 hectares, giving each house its own space and rhythm.

Casa dos Burros and Casa das Cabras are next to each other and share an 85 m² outdoor patio. It's a configuration designed for those traveling in groups or extended families who want proximity, with independent houses but in a shared common space.

Casa das Oliveiras is more isolated on the property, with a greater distance between them and the other houses.

If privacy is a priority, we can help you choose the house that best suits what you're looking for.

Is there a cleaning service during your stay?

Yes. There is cleaning and a change of linen during your stay. There are always two people available on the farm for any need.

Is the farm suitable for parties or events?

No. Banduja Reserve is not suitable for parties, loud music or unapproved events. It's a place of rest, and it stays that way.

How does electric vehicle charging work?

There is an electric charging point available. Contact us to confirm availability and conditions of use.
